📦 Xinate Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently offer shipping across the U.S. with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout for U.S. orders over $150.

Note: Displayed delivery windows and rates are estimates. Final shipping cost and ETA are shown at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future. Please check back for updates!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you experience issues, reach out to us at support@xinate.com.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, government shutdowns, customs inspections, strikes, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Xinate is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please:

  • Double-check your shipping address for accuracy.
  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
  • Contact the carrier directly within 3–5 business days for assistance.

If the incorrect address was entered at checkout, re-shipping or replacement fees may apply.

6. Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been marked as “Shipped.” These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on location and carrier performance.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@xinate.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
