🛒 Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can change or cancel them.

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
  • Payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you prepay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting support@xinate.com.
  • Refunds and returns for subscription items follow our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders let you reserve items that are currently out of stock or not yet released.
  • At checkout, we may collect no payment, a deposit, or full payment depending on the product.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged when your order ships.

Cancellation:

  • Pre-orders that are not yet fulfilled can be canceled for a refund (deposit or full).
  • Once fulfilled, pre-orders cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund under our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

  • For “Try Before You Buy” purchases, we place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping the item.
  • You will have a trial period (specified at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the item.
  • If you return the item within the trial period, the authorization will be released or adjusted accordingly.
  • If you keep the item past the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase price automatically.
  • Returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
